In the first half of this year, the company achieved notable growth in revenue, amounting to CNY 17.607 billion, which represents a 39.56% rise compared to the previous year. The net profit attributable to shareholders also saw a remarkable increase of 70.65%, reaching CNY 861 million.

The company’s business concentrates on research, development, manufacturing, and sales of solar cell and modules. Its business scope further extends to include polysilicon, PV power station engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), PV plant operation, and energy storage system integration.

A substantial portion of Risen Energy’s revenue is derived from its PV cell and module business, contributing a total of CNY 13.815 billion and showcasing a year-on-year growth of 40.19%.

This segment comprises 78.46% of the company’s total revenue and serves as a significant driver of its operational success.

Moreover, revenue from PV power station EPC and transfers reached CNY 1.074 billion, reflecting a remarkable 231.15% increase from the previous year. The company also experienced growth in revenue from energy storage systems, lighting products, and auxiliary PV products, totaling CNY 1.603 billion, demonstrating an impressive growth of 133.35%.

Risen Energy’s expertise in PV cell technology is a notable advantage. By the end of the reporting period, the company achieved significant milestones in cell efficiency, with mono PERC cell conversion efficiency exceeding 23.45%, TOPCon cell conversion efficiency surpassing 25.20%, and heterojunction (HJT) cell conversion efficiency crossing the 26.00% threshold.

The company’s dedication to R&D is evident through its introduction of the ultra-low-carbon 210 HJT Hyper-ion series products, leveraging HJT cell technology. These products incorporate distinctive features such as low-temperature bifacial passivated contact, Hyper-link interconnection technology, and bifacial microcrystalline technology.

Risen Energy’s production capacity is notable, with an annual module capacity of 25 GW. Production facilities are strategically situated across regions including Ningbo and Yiwu in Zhejiang, Jintan in Jiangsu, Chuzhou in Anhui, Malaysia, and Baotou in Inner Mongolia.

The company is actively engaged in expansion initiatives, with projects like the “5 GW n-type ultra-low-carbon high-efficiency HJT cell and 10 GW high-efficiency solar module facility” in Zhejiang Ninghai, the “4 GW high-efficiency solar cell and 6 GW high-efficiency solar module facility” in Jintan, and the “10 GW high-efficiency solar cell facility” in Chuzhou making significant progress.
