Recently, Mellow Energy has made a significant breakthrough in the development of mass production technology for flexible perovskite photovoltaic (PV) modules. The integrated flexible perovskite PV module, the Sujian Series, has been certified by the China National Metrology Institute. With an output power of 86.90W and an efficiency of up to 17.38% (for a module area of 0.5m²), and no hysteresis in forward and reverse scanning, the module exhibits almost no decay after 300 seconds of MPPT testing. It is currently the largest-area flexible perovskite PV product with the highest certified efficiency globally. Notably, this module is produced through integrated molding technology, eliminating the need for splicing, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and highly reliable exterior.
Prior to this, Mellow Energy had successfully developed 1.2×1.6m² integrated flexible module preparation technology. The certification of the high-efficiency Sujian Series indicates that Mellow Energy can now provide the market with flexible and low-light perovskite PV modules in various sizes.
