6th International Workshop on Silicon Heterojunction Solar Cells

In 2023, the 6th International SHJ Workshop is returning to China, where it all began in 2018. Each year, the international SHJ community, comprising industry and research facilities, gathers to present and discuss the current and future advancements in SHJ technology. This year, the workshop is co-hosted by Anhui Huasun Energy Co., Ltd., Yangtze Institute for Solar Technology (YIST), Shanghai Institute of Microsystem & Information Technology Chinese Academy of Sciences (SIMIT), Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH, and organized by Solarbe Global. It will be held in Xuancheng, Anhui, which is home to Huasun’s largest and most advanced multi-gigawatt SHJ cell and module manufacturing site, providing attendees with the opportunity to visit the facility during the workshop. The event will be livestreamed online by our media partners, Solarbe Global and Taiyang News.

The workshop will feature distinguished representatives from the international research and industry sectors, covering a wide range of topics related to SHJ technology, such as mass production trends, research and innovation, cost reduction technologies, tandem technology, and reliability studies.
