On October 23-24, All Energy Australia 2024, the country’s largest and most influential clean energy exhibition, took place in Melbourne. Huasun Energy made a strong impression with its Himalaya G12-132 V-ocean solar modules and the full range of Everest G12R products, demonstrating the remarkable potential of heterojunction (HJT) photovoltaic technology.
Australia, surrounded by the ocean and rich in biodiversity, holds a crucial role in the global ecosystem. In response to climate change, the country is actively advancing clean energy projects and restructuring its energy supply. According to the International Energy Agency’s Renewables 2024 Report, Australia is set to add 53 GW of renewable energy capacity between 2024 and 2030, with solar power at the forefront. Today, Australia ranks among the largest distributed solar markets in the world, with over 3 million households already equipped with rooftop solar systems.
Returning to All Energy Australia, Huasun expanded its product portfolio and showcased its enhanced technological capabilities. The Everest G12R series and the Himalaya G12-132 V-ocean solar modules stood out for their superior performance in power output, efficiency and reliability. The Everest G12R rectangular modules made their debut in Australia, with three versions designed to meet the needs of residential, commercial & industrial (C&I), and utility-scale solar power plants, offering customized clean energy solutions. The G12R-132 module features Huasun’s latest 0 busbar (0BB) technology, which reduces silver usage, boosts reliability, and optimizes power generation from multiple angles.
Huasun’s Himalaya G12-132 V-ocean module, now with enhanced reliability and power generation performance, has seen significant improvements over the past years. Designed specifically for offshore PV projects, the module employs innovative butyl rubber and light conversion film in its encapsulation process, providing excellent waterproofing and corrosion resistance. This design is ideal for marine environments and perfectly complements Australia’s vast ocean resources. In October, the G12-132 module reached new performance records, achieving a maximum power output of 768.938 W and an efficiency of 24.75%, making it one of the key highlights of the event.
While All Energy Australia 2024 has successfully concluded, Huasun’s global HJT journey never ends. With continued dedication to innovation in renewable energy, Huasun is determined to push the limits. Together with its local partners, Huasun will continue to power homes across Australia, safeguarding the blue skies and oceans while driving the global shift towards cleaner energy.
