On Monday, Huasun Energy, a manufacturer specialized in HJT cell and module manufacturing, has moved its equipment into the 2 GW facility in Xuancheng, Anhui province, to get ready for installation and commissioning.
Xu Xiaohua, chairman of Huasun Energy, said that, “the arrival of the HJT manufacturing equipment for the 2 GW facility marks the start of the installation, commissioning, and operation process of the project.”
By the end of the second quarter of 2022, Huasun Energy will have built up a total of 2.7 capacity for the production of HJT products, the highest in the world.
The company has witnessed quick development since it was established in July, 2020.
At the end of last year, Huasun’s 500 MW heterojunction cell production line reached daily output of 220,000 pieces of cells, surpassing the designed output of 200,000 pieces per day.
The average efficiency of the cells produced from the 500 MW production line falls between 24.6% to 24.65%. The yield of Grade A1 products has reached 98.5%.
For the 2 GW project, Huasun is reported to upgrade its processes, adopt the latest automatic intelligent manufacturing technology, to monitor the entire manufacturing process of the cells and further improve the efficiency and quality of the product.
