On January 14th, Huansheng Photovoltaic, a module making subsidiary of Tianjin Zhonghuan Semiconductor, officially delivered the Shingled Module 3.0 pilot line for mass production.
The company is dedicated to the development of high-efficiency shingled module technology with higher conversion efficiency and better reliability.

In cooperation with shareholder Maxeon, Huansheng Photovoltaic has taken a unique route that is different from conventional products and technologies.
Huansheng Photovoltaic has upgraded the product design of its high-efficiency Shingled 3.0 modules by greatly improving the current collection efficiency and reducing the power loss in current transmission process.
The module has been proved to have higher efficiency, more power output and higher reliability.
The mass production of Singled 3.0 modules reflects the upgrading of the shingled technology platform.
With higher power output and improved conductivity, the performance of the shingled technology in the same size has been optimized.
Later when 218.2 mm large-format wafers and cells are used, the performance and compatibility of the product could be further improved.
The upgraded Singled 3.0 P6 series include four different models of single-glass and double-glass modules. The power ratings range from 400 W to 675 W, applicable in residential rooftops, C&I rooftops and utility-scale ground-mounted projects, etc.
The the patented parallel circuit design, the module could bring higher power generation revenue and lower BOS costs for solar developers, according to Huansheng Photovoltaic.
