Chinese state-owned enterprise Zhejiang Energy Group recently signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with heterojunction cell producer Akcome Solar, focusing on the comprehensive business of photovoltaic power station and financial capital cooperation. The two sides agreed to jointly develop 5-10 GW photovoltaic power plants in the next five years.
The signing of this agreement marks that the two companies have entered a comprehensive and in-depth cooperation stage in power station construction and heterojunction whole industry chain, which means that Akcome Solar’s power station development, operation and maintenance capacity has been greatly improved, and the company’s orders for photovoltaic accessories and gigawatt-level heterojunction cell and modules have been secured.
In addition, by providing services through the financial leasing platform, Akcome Solar can effectively solve the financing needs of equipment, infrastructure and technology, give full play to the advantages of the whole industrial chain of new energy, and establish an industry-based combination system of production, financing and investment, which plays a positive role in promoting the company to become a leader in the field of producing efficient heterojunction.
