Chinese solar PV inverter provider Sungrow Power signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing Energy Group Co., Ltd on September 9, saying to further deepen cooperation in photovoltaic, wind power, hydrogen energy, energy storage and other fields to jointly promote the reform and upgrading of the energy industry.
Jiang Fan, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of Beijing Energy Group, said that over the past decade, Beijing Energy Group and Sungrow have established a high-level strategic mutual trust and close cooperation relationship. The two sides should further expand cooperation in business fields such as hydrogen production from renewable energy, hydrogen storage and peak shaving of thermal power plants, comprehensive smart energy project development, power station development, intelligent operation and maintenance, charging piles and so on, to further accelerate the joint R&D and project demonstration application of photovoltaic hydrogen production system integration technology.
Cao Renxian, Chairman of Sungrow, said that they will fully respond to the strategic deployment of Beijing Energy Group, continuously promote the deepening of bilateral strategic cooperation, jointly explore industrial topics, and contribute to the realization of national goals of reaching carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality.
