Chinese solar PV inverter provider Sungrow has signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with state-owned bloc China Huadian Corporation Ltd. (CHD) on September 1, which the two sides will jointly explore the full scenario application of clean power conversion technology in energy reform and jointly promote the upgrading of global zero carbon industry.
Sungrow has cooperated with CHD for ten years so far. Wen Shugang, party secretary and chairman of CHD, fully affirmed and recognized the high-level cooperation between the two sides, and looked forward to more comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in new energy equipment, energy storage, power station cooperative development, intelligent operation and maintenance, hydrogen energy technology and other fields in the future.
Cao Renxian, chairman of Sungrow, said that, “Based on a deep foundation of cooperation, Sungrow will fully respond to the strategic deployment of CHD. The two sides will strengthen joint technological innovation, explore new models of green power trading, energy digitization and other topics, jointly promote energy reform and contribute to the ‘dual carbon’ goals.”
