Standards Australia is the only standard setting agency designated by the Australian Federal Government. Only the photovoltaic modules and inverters that meet Australian standards (AS/NZS 4777 and AS/NZS 5033) can be used for photovoltaic system design and installation, and the only approved product list is updated by the Clean Energy Council. The new version of AS/NZS 4777.2 was released on December 18, 2020, starting a 12-month transition period. All listings under the old version will expire on December 18, 2021. After that, inverters tested to the 2015 version will no longer be eligible for listing.
This time, SOFAR PV grid-tied Inverter that obtained the new Australian standard certification is SOFAR 3-6KTLM-G2, with a power range of 3-6kW. It is mainly developed and designed for household power stations, has a stylish and lightweight body, the efficiency up to 98.2% as well as functions like built-in sound & light alarm, anti-countercurrent, I-V curve intelligent scanning, IP65 protection level, etc. Besides, it is equipped with rich monitoring modes supporting RS485, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, GPRS, etc. so that users can realize remote monitoring flexibly and conveniently.
