Risen sets off first train to Xinjiang with module loaded

Chinese solar PV module producer Risen Energy Co., Ltd set off its first train Dongfeng from the company’s base in Chuzhou, Jiangsu Province to Kuytun City, Xinjiang, with double glass photovoltaic module loaded, lasting five days.

Due to the high value of photovoltaic products, bumps and collisions should be avoided during transportation. The Logistics Department of Chuzhou base studies the regular, fixed-point and quantitative train operation scheme, measures and improves the product packaging size suitable for railway transportation, and customizes the packing scheme to improve the service cost performance of railway transportation as much as possible. At the same time, according to the delivery requirements, Risen optimizes the process, reduces the reverse packing time, and ensures the efficient and smooth operation of railway transportation.

The train transportation can save nearly 3-4 days in transit time, improve the efficiency by more than 100%, and help customers promote their projects on time and on demand.

All the modules shipped by this train will be delivered to CNNC Xinjiang huyanghe photovoltaic power generation project, which can easily cope with the special environment of high altitude, severe wind and sand and excessive temperature difference. Coupled with the advantages of higher efficiency, lower power loss, improved stability and lower system cost, they can bring greater value to customers.
