HuaSun achieves 22.70% on efficiency of M6 heterojunction module

China-based Anhui HuaSun New Energy Technology Co., Ltd has brought the efficiency of its M6-144 high-efficiency heterojunction battery module to 22.70%, with the power of 493.3W.

The achievement has passed the test and certification of international authoritative certification organization TÜV SÜD.

The 12-busbar module was produced in HuaSun Phase I factory cooperated with Suzhou Maxwell Technology Co., Ltd.

Through the optimization of coating process, the efficiency is improved and the attenuation of the battery is effectively reduced. The manufacturing adopts nondestructive cutting and high-precision series welding, which greatly improves the power of the module. The company aims to increase the shipment power of this series of modules to a higher level above 470W(21.62%) in the next few months.

As an enterprise integrating R&D and manufacturing of heterojunction batteries and modules, HuaSun is determined to forge ahead on the basis of continuous technological innovation. Since it was put into operation in the second quarter of the year, the Himalayan series high-efficiency heterojunction modules produced by the company have been in short supply, and nearly 100 MW have been shipped to overseas markets, as well as some are shipped to domestic ground and industrial and commercial distributed power stations.
