JP SOLAR, a Chinese cell manufacturer, has produced an HJT cell with record efficiency of 25.31% with its mass production line. The record-breaking efficiency has been testified by TÜV NORD.
Test report of JP SOLAR’s HJT cell
According to JP SOLAR’s R&D department, this HJT cell has four characteristics:
1. Manufactured on mass production line by the R&D department;
2. Printed once instead of multiple times;
3. Domestic low-temperature silver paste was used;
4. No microcrystallization of n-type layer was adopted.
The record commercial efficiency can be attributed to stable operation of equipment and improved process. In the future, the company can still make technical breakthroughs through the optimization of cell structure, new materials and the upgrading of production equipment.
